Our Christmas Gonk Candle Jar is handmade from Jesmonite. Jesmonite is a non-toxic, water-based acrylic compound resin. It is a non-toxic alternative to epoxy resin. What Makes Jesmonite Eco-friendly? It is powder-based and water-based, not chemical-based.

After Care:
Christmas Gonk Soy candle is touched by hand. As all vessels are individually hand-made or hand-decorated, there may be slight uneven surfaces, creases, minor ripples, pinholes, air holes, and variations in height, weight, and colour texture. None of this will affect the vessel's functionality and is expected in the production of individually made products. Care for your Vessels Clean with a light touch: to remove dirt and dust, apply a damp cloth with light pressure only if needed! This is due to most of our designs being hand-decorated. We do not advise cleaning liquids, but if you should need to use something for marks, please make sure it is non-abrasive.

Scratching and staining
Always place any ceramic item onto delicate surfaces with great care. When moving them from one spot to another, lift them, don’t pull or push them. This will avoid scratching delicate surfaces. Use coasters or trays when possible.
